Happier Mindset is a bi-weekly blog about overcoming everyday difficulties and issues that may be preventing you from living your happier life. There are a lot of big and little, short- and long-term stressors in everyone’s life. Now, more than ever, we feel run down and struggle to live our best life.

Whether you are feeling like you’re always running out of time or you are dealing with uncertainty, there is a relatable post for you. I try to explore the background and current understanding or view of each issue and then, discuss ways you can change your approach and attitude.

My goal is to help you live a happier life. I believe one way to do this is through the power of the way we think about these difficult and negative situations.
